Making the broken whole
"A story of a broken fellowship group leader"

That was January 7,2017 that the second mentor's guide happened with twenty (20) delegates with eighteen participants from our campus ministry and one of them named Khyll, He is a very well known senior high school student from Arellano University of Malabon who just suffered from relationship break up, He grew up in a broken family with His mother taking care of him and longing for a father. Khyll is the eldest among his two brothers and is the one responsible for taking care of them. At times, his duty hinders him from attending our weekly campus services.
I personally saw how he struggle and how he share his passion in service to our living God with tears to the extend of his discipleship coach "Alex" is talking and encouraging him over the phone even late night just to make sure of keeping the fire burning. The challenge is how can someone to minister with a broken heart? But Khyll's brokenness didn't cause Him to stop doing what God asked him to do; in going and making disciples.

He was able to share the "Lord's Prayer" teaching material to their whole class, with fifty five (55) students and was able to enroll the first fifteen (15) people in our "Mentor's Guide" last January 28, 2017 with a total of seventy five enrollees as fruit of our very own School Of Leadership.
"Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity."
- 1Timothy 4:12
We, as co- laborers in Christ rejoice greatly and was encouraged by the discipleship Journey of Khyll that truly, whoever loses his life for Christ's sake will find it!

Absolutely, God is so pleased on how the Church is intentionally doing trainings for prayer counselors and discipleship group leaders. "Mentor's Guide" is a prayer counselors and discipleship group leaders training that teaches three (3) main things; How to teach, to lead and to continually follow Jesus! In continuance of us loving the Lord and reaching the world let us be encouraged though the great commission is so huge, we are not doing it alone! The power of the cross declares "it is done!" This must be a very life changing event for us all and especially for the Church itself because we're really looking forward to rise up new generation leaders for the campuses, communities and nations!
