CCFI has a total of 169 in-house running Pastors, 88 of which are from Luzon, Western and Eastern Visayas Region, 77 are from Mindanao Region, 4 are offshore (International churches) as of 1st Quarter of 2024. We believe in the power of continous learning, in Church leadership, discipleship, communication style and theological foundations. Thus, we make avenues to all of our Pastors (such as Basic Bible Training- BBT, Continous Progression Education or CPE, we always encourage and oush them to be their best version not only in Character but also in excelently nurture our congregation with the Truths of the word and not by "sounds spiritual" beliefs and teachings. To continiously equip themselves with right knowledge yet not losing the heart of the movement, to preach the gospel.

We believe that salvation is given and not earned. It's by grace through faith alone that we can be saved. There is no other formula to get it. We have been justified by faith in Jesus and His finished work on the cross. The process of sanctification is not a way of salvation but it is a way of life. To live day by day dependent to God and surrendering our everything, every aspect of our lives to Christ' Lordship.
When Jesus ascended to heaven, He promised us a helper which now lives in those who believe Him to help us understand more about God, His nature, His words, instructions, and promises. We also believe that the Spirit of God gave each and everyone a unique gifting that we may advance His kingdom here on earth as it is in heaven. With Jesus we can never go wrong in our faith and we the guidance of the Holy Spirit we can make sure that He can only lead us back to God. The Mighty One!
